What's the point of twitch chat anyways?

Seriously... all you see is predictable and repeatable short words like every time someone made a little mistake the chat just goes "LUL NA Flash!" literally all the time. I understand that the chat is going way too fast for long sentences to be readable but you keep seeing these same exact words every time a mistake happens. Even racism appears on chat whenever a non English speaker is being interviewed. It's disgusting... Do people actually find it enjoyable to read these when you know what they're going to say because its basically an open book.. I was honestly offended whenever someone talk about my language being an "ugly language" on chat. >.>

I only use the chat when i watch a streamer who has not many viewers.

Because then it can be pretty nice to have o little conversation with other viewers or you can ask the streamer questions about item builds, skill order and so on.

On big live streams like worlds i have to agree with you the chat is just a waste of mbits and time

Twitch chat for pro league is absolutely toxic, but also priceless when the team the majority of chat is rooting for loses.
