Stuck on the "accept or decline" notice for a ranked game

I'm stuck here. I click accept and decline multiple times and it just stays that way. However I do heard people picking their champions... I closed my client to start up the game again and I lose 3LP for a unintentionally dodge.

Seems to be a common bug.
