i have been playing since season 2, but this was my first year paying attention to esports which is why i ended up being a writhe in my pickem. anyway i am trying to understand a few things about all stars that the article didn't answer (also this is my first all stars if i didn't make that clear). how does voting work and when does it start can any player vote, or is it just a pros thing, is it region restricted ( the voting i mean like a na player cant vote who they want on the kr team). what patch will they play on will it be an epic (calling it epic due to all the everything) preseason patch or will it be the dull 5.18 (calling it dull due to the ban forces and bugs) again? and a @riot qestion - will there be another pick'em with a lest epic grand prize of course ( will admit it if were not for pick'em i would not have had any interest in worlds yes that is shallow buy i trying to explain that it was a good divice for geting people interested)
