So I really like watching the LCS. I watch more league than I play. I would like to watch even more but I seem to exhaust everything from all the different regions covered on the site under the esports tab. Where would I get access to more challenger matches as well as to tier matches from breakout regions?

Depends do you want streamers where you can interact or do you just want to straight up watch league.
If the first then twitch is your best friend, you can find all aorta of league players from all regions and of all levels whether you want to watch faker destroy solo q in Korea or Bjergsen show why he's one of the best to watching players grind through games to climb there way up twitch legit has something for everyone.
If you want the latter then YouTube is your best friend, tons of the pros have "accounts" on there and for those that don't fans post plays and games all the time.
