Be Honest NA - Do You Really Have The Same Dedication As Koreans?

I see a lot of people, especially NA players, complaining about their teams won't win and that Koreans and SKT/Faker are always winning. But let's be honest, do you REALLY have the dedication that they have? Our culture is extremely backwards when it comes to competitive gaming. It's seen as a waste of time and if you told someone that your dream was to be a professional gamer, then everyone will shun you or tell you off, make fun of you, laugh at you, or even dismiss you. There is too much pressure to NOT be one and our environment isn't conducive into letting players be the best that they can be. Koreans practice for hours and hours on end. Like, 12-16 hours. They practice, sleep, wake up, practice, scrimmage, sleep, wake up, practice, scrimmage, MAYBE eat, sleep, and do it all over again. Most other regions, especially in NA, won't ever show that kind of dedication.

Perhaps one day our region will be more welcoming to aspiring e-sports athletes, but as things are now, they simply won't. No one is as dedicated, and our environment won't support it, and that is the cold stone truth.
