Don't worry, eventually there will be a ton of new champions as more and more get released.
I thought Riot made season 6 viable to play Every champion for solo Q and for LCS. Like what is their excuse for not playing certain champions "Oh their not strong early game" and ? EVERY game starts with duo jungle and/or 3 top to take tower and 3 for bot tower and the next 15 mins are certain lane champions(top) most cases getting cs under their second tier tower closer to base and safer so no excuse for weaker champions early game. Plus the bullied early game champions are some of the best later game champions (Ex- Wukong, Fiora, Maokai, Ryze, yasuo) and some are just too good to pass up on just becasue their weak early game , when they can 1v5 enemy team later game.
Also with this early lead = GG it doesn't matter how good champions are as games just get snowballed very easily, with 1 team getting 3 kills to none lead.
