So, I was wondering, what would happen if...

one of the season World Champions in the near future happened want a skin for a champion that has already been taken?

For example, SSW's Mata chose Thresh. What if CJ Entus were to win and Madlife (Even thought he loves Blitzcrank, lets just say he wants a Thresh one instead for the sake of this example) wanted Thresh? Would he have to pick a different support champion that doesn't have a skin or can there be multiple season world champ skins for a single champion?

Another question.. What if a previous world championship team won Worlds again? Would they get a second set of skins? (Fnatic or SKT T1)
