Seraph Fiora

Yea so why does he run these masteries not taking vampirism and fervor or at least vampirism with bloodlust and is recovery better than unyielding? I play a lot of Fiora so I'm wondering was there a patch change I missed that made these masteries better than vampirism, fervor and unyielding or is it just his personal preference?
