champ meta and change
what kinda meta do we meet to see quinn back into competitive play where like last year she was played a hell a lot and was a scary pick due to her massive roaming potential.

I'd much rather never see quinn again [zombie-brand-clap]
squishy champs she can bully in toplane or... tanks who have 0 kill potential on her PLUS squishies in most/all other roles. If she can't bully toplane hard enough, the enemy tank/bruiser just outscales her and will eventually dumpster her 1v1 - maybe not with new items, but that remains to be seen. She's fairly easy to punish when she shoves you in via jungle ganks. Tank/bruiser locks her down, jungler pops her hp to 0 and it doesn't matter if she has a counter-gank coming; she just dies too fast (similar to why few play teemo top at high level). Or you build up a giant wave and tower-dive her. Her tp ganks are less scary than many other champs. Unless you are playing tank jungler (not meta right now), you need someone besides support to be tanky and that generally falls on the toplane. Otherwise you might be able to win a fight, but tower dives when sieging and taking/baiting objectives like elder drag or baron are so much harder if you lack a tank/bruiser in toplane. Thus quinn vastly limits how you can play - even rumble has zhonya and can ult while staying safely out of tower agro to try to break enemy defenses when sieging and he's tankier than quinn. And like Whipersnapers said, I'd rather quinn just never becomes meta toplane again.

I agree on everything you have stated.
That said, what do we need in the meta to see her get played again? A rework?
exactly what i said (hidden within my million word essay):
exactly what i said (hidden within my million word essay):
- 4+ squishy enemies she can pop to ensure she is a real threat when roaming to any lane or invading enemy jungle
- bork/crit build quinn OR lethality becoming OP again
- tank jungle meta - to solve the current issue of needing a tanky bruiser or tank besides the support without having to resort to toplane as the answer *this is for pro play - she's perfectly viable in solo queue I believe and these changes to meta would only make her stronger
so number 1-3, is that for top lane quinn in proplay? Are you saying if we enter tank meta in proplay, she will be seen in top?
