CLG vs TSM week 9

CLG vs TSM has always been the biggest rivalry and sells the most tickets, therefore, makes Riot a lot of money in esports. This goes all the way back to pre season 1 HotshotGG vs Reginald. So I predict (now that CLG has beaten Fox) that TSM will lose to C9 setting up major implications for week 9, CLG vs TSM. My thoughts are immediate. This isn't setup at all...though this happens almost every season. Somehow, by week 9, day 2, CLG and TSM will be tied and need to play a tie breaker.

This would be an incredibly important win for both organizations because it would determine the 6th seed in playoffs where either TSM or CLG wouldn't make it and that's unprecidented. Think how much money Riot will make from that. The 2 largest fan base, most historical NA LCS teams fighting a tie breaker to determine if they go to playoffs or not.

It just might be chance that this kind of thing happens so often. Or maybe not.

I think you're right. This kind of stuff happens too often and i think it will keep happening because Riot loves money. "This isn't setup at all" lol. Its kind of like how they set up they ranking system in normal games and arams. If you buy skins, etc. you have better chance of getting games with better players who have also, essentially, paid to win. Lots of F2P games do this type of thing.

Ever since TSM's 3 peat championship wins CLG vs TSM has died down so much. Tbh right now they are doing better but not as good as their prime. TSM and TL have to lose both games next week and CLG must win both games next week in order to force a tiebreaker between TL or TSM. They then have to win that tiebreaker game. That's really impossible but might happen.
