TSM and Riot

Welcome to the mid meta! In the cinder hulk meta (as seen at MSI) TSM was useless. Dyrus sucked at it and Bjergson couldn't kill anything. So what did Riot do? Hey lets nerf it and at the same time make certain mid lane changes! Riot and TSM have a very long standing relationship. You could basically call TSM Team Riot because of the money they make through them. It is evident that they make a lot of changes just to benefit 'their' team. Now, they put a new jungle item in the game that gives aoe ap cleave, while also providing smite to do more wave clear and secure objectives. But guess what? Riot realizes its op as hell so they are nerfing it in the next patch. This gives TSM a chance to secure a spot at playoffs though (which I think is the point to it altogether).

However, even with this item on Bjerg's Ezreal they struggle to take down a newly formed TDK. TDK is playing awesome with Ninja and Emperor. Based on their performance in the TSM game I think they would crush them in a best of 3/5 and have a much better chance at Worlds. We all know how TSM will perform at Worlds and its less than good. Thus, Riot putting all their cards on TSM to win World's for NA is very futile.

Call me salty I don't care. TSM always lets you down internationally (unless they play against a newly formed WE, lol - who I'm sure would beat them now).
