Bugged rumble causing bjerg to kill zeyzal week 6 day 2 tsm vs c9

Currently there us a rumble bug that if he uses e the first time at 90 overheat he can e again when hes supposed to be silenced. Usually this wouldn't be a big deal but it showed up in pro play and had bjerg secure an early kill on zeyzal at 27 minutes into the vod, 13 minutes into the game.
