Unfair suspension

OK I was playing a game and I'll be the second to admit (the first being riots lightning quick ban bot) that I was a bit toxic. This nid started flaming me and I flamed her right back I didn't say anything that bad other than that she fed and I asked once if nid was going to kys. I was then promptly a 2 week suspension with only 1 previous chat ban when many others I have talked to have been give 3, 4, or even 5 chat suspension before an account suspension. All riot members I talked to said it was because I said kys but most people in the link above say that shouldn't be a reason for a suspension and this happens all the time and nobody's usually given any punishment especially suspensions. All the riot members refuse to give me reason so please help make this story known and help me change riots punishment and support system (which seems to have no boundaries.) I looked at the link you posted. It has one or two players insisting it shouldn't be punished (the same names keep reoccurring), and nothing else. A quick look at these boards indicates this is a minority opinion, and also not one shared by Riot. I can say with some confidence that telling another player to kill themselves is NOT something Riot will change their policy on, as the severity of that phrase is actually determined mostly by the community's own reports -- the system learns and identifies behavior based on how often it is/isn't reported, and KYS is reliably considered extremely toxic, and very reliably reported. Two years ago it wasn't an immediate 14-day ban. Now, due to the increased community reaction to the phrase, the community has indicated that they want it punished more aggressively.

Some preliminary information though:

You don't generally skip to 2 week suspensions unless your case was manually reviewed (exceedingly rare), or you used hate speech or suicide encouragement (including "kys") in your chat. Those will automatically escalate you to a 2 week ban every time, without fail.

The ban system is 10game chatrestriction 25 game chat restriction 14 day ban perma ban. Punishments can be skipped in cases of 0 tolerance things like racism hatepseech and telling others to harm themselfs/end their life. This is your case. 0 tolerance line = 14 day ban. Also what do you mean riot members refse to give you a reason? you said you talked to them and they said its cause of kys. You contradict yourself.

So here are my chat logs. That got me a 14-day suspension after one game without any previous chat res etc...(honor 5, keen on giving tips to tms and so on) GJ Rito.

So you are not alone, i think its a phenomena of the last 10 days. Havent been to player behavior boards before though so cant compare with the past state, but as i visit here basically every day . I think something is propably going on. Maybe some SJW is now working in Rito O.o :DD [zombie-brand-clap]
