Looking for a Ranked Team? Stop Here

So there seem to be a bunch of ranked team offers but I'm assuming those people get spammed with requests. I want to make a ranked team with silver-plat players. I am a silver player myself, but I rank on teams with high golds and plats. Lately we haven't gotten together as much and I need replacements.

Team games are more fun and more challenging. I am a smart and capable player and I value good plays. I am by no means a pro, but I hope to increase my skill level while having fun. I'm not lying when I say I play with plats, I do and I consider myself a G3 player. I main adc and mid, but I'm well rounded. You need to know the basics: understanding how to control the map, how to read the map, how to see where the next objective will be. How to farm and keep your lane cleared, how to see through the fog and know when to be where. How to split push and lane bounce. Full team kiting, and ultimate stacking. Objectives aren't just dragon and baron, and they aren't just those two plus towers. An objective is any play that will give your team a gold, position, or death timer advantage. That's what I value in matches. Your skill on an individual champion will aide in accomplishing those goals, but it is less important than accomplishing them. Especially at this ELO.

The team will be open for candidates for awhile. I'm interested in winning and losing games because of skill, not mistakes. We'll just keep rotating people in until we find good chemistry. If we play well, I can bring in the high level players I already know, but I won't waste their time until then.
