While we were waiting for the TSM x TL game to start, there seemed to be a clue to a reveal, but there was nothing more than orange static randomly appearing on and off onto the waiting screen.
Some thought it would have something to do with Arcade riven & a new champion reveal.
I have no clue why riot did that :c
It looks like some sort of champion reveal we might see later today.
I think it's either a champ or skin teaser, kinda reminds me of those project skins.

If you look in the top right of the screen you can just make out a face in the smoke, maybe a zed shadow. You can also see an orange shoulder to the right of the 'mask' making me think its more likely a human male champ, like zed. Still think project bard should be a thing though!
The yellowish-orange color and the hex like "glitches" in between games reminds me more of the mecha 
style then any of the project skins. Considering the perceived increase in new champion creation rate from 2014 to now, A new champ would not surprise me. Its still to early for it to be packaged with a new game mode but i have a feeling that it may be either a completely new champ or more likely, a mecha/project skin for something like 
, 
, or
given their increase in popularity. But i could also be wrong since there are so many non human champions lacking mecha style skins and even more human champions lacking project style skins (although i doubt the 'project' line is high on riots list when the headhunter skins are somewhat the same).
