Rewards for individual Performance

There should be some rewards for MVP of the losing team to makeup for their efforts. I understand this is a team game, but in solo q, it is totally a different story. Teamwork simple do not exist in most solo q games. These are just games with bunch of people being in it. Riot should be aware and differentiate between solo q and team rank games. In many cases, there are always this one or two people on a team who tried really hard and still fail to carry (due to intentional feeding, afk, etc.). For MVPs like them, riot should be generous and reward them with something they deserve so they do not feel as upset.
