Rank matchmaking should depends solely on individual performance

It is only fair to match players with similar performances, and mmr does not reflect that at all. People can get boosted to tiers where they will never reach. They can also mess up the matchmaking by partying up with friends who have much higher mmr. However, with overall performances, there is a different story. Even with boosting, the games boosters played will have little influences over their overall performances. Those agree or disagree with me please leave your comments below. I really hope riot can have a deep look into this.
