Two surprising things:

  1. How well the LMS teams played at worlds.
  2. How poorly the LPL teams played at worlds.

Three not to surprising things:

  1. How poor NA LCS teams played at worlds. They've bee mediocre all year and they're not even fun to watch when they do win against each other.
  2. How strong EU LCS is right now.
  3. How strong LCK, especially since they tend to innovate on the current meta. EU is starting to do more of that though.

And in the Finals.

Because SKT and FNC will destroy Origen and KT/KOO.

I'll have to give it to SKT and FNC to make it to finals. Top Lane: Marin and Huni can go pretty even but I'll give it to Marin if he plays like in groups(10/0 anyone?). JG:Bengi has been spectacular this worlds, hope he can keep it up especially against Reignover Mid Lane...If Faker wants revenge and picks an assassin I don't really know what to tell Febiven, don't pick Azir?? ADC:Rekkles is a weaker adc than Deft but works much better with his team but Bang has been an absolute monster. Supp:Wolf in Summer Split is actually a great supp, still think yellowstar has the edge though

Both teams have improved drastically since MSI, SKT got used to their new team comp and FNC getting Rekkles back. I think it will be EXTREMELY close but I'll give it to SKT to win finals, plus I really want a new Leblanc skin really bad

Definitely the two strongest regions this year. China was the biggest disappointment of all time.
