Pro play warding

I was always interested in pro play warding.

but I started noticing something watching fnatic/elements game.

When stronger teams they have worst warding then maybe when they face stronger teams.

I have to wonder if when a region is weak with maybe 1 or 2 strong teams if this is creating bad warding habits for these strong teams.
