This week was a heartbreaker in that every great story was crushed quite convincingly. Fnatic starts looking great and 3-0s H2K with their crazy animal style that could maybe finally be the way to bring down g2............. and they get lose 3-1. P1 rises from challenger to be a real powerhouse team and also 3-0s their opponents in DIG which means they might stand a chance................ 3-oed. Misfits manage to get the crazy reverse sweep and look really good in their three final games and maybe could upset UOL......... nope 3-0. But maybe Flyquest can finally end the TSM streak with their chaotic style after reverse sweeping CLG.......................................................................... 3-0ed. and all the teams that won honestly played a much more boring style (except for UOL but they are UOL) than their counterparts which made it agonizing to watch. still supporting FlyQuest all the way :D

Yeah agree, but I still have hope because I believe FlyQuest has really great potential. And Moon has shown himself to be a bonafide badass in the Jungle. Maybe one of the best Junglers in NA LCS.

None of the 3 games that Fly lost were true "shutouts". They definitely made TSM work for it, and in fact, in a few of the games, if Altec's Ashe arrows had been more on point, the games might have gone in a completely different direction.

Yea back to back to back 3-0s..... not very entertaining...

Not sure if thats a statement about the teams or the game, or both.

Yeah. Kinda blows how this week turned out. But it was most of the expectations. The way I had summed up the series of semifinals was like:

Fnatic ran out of magic (something something UOL copyright). Probably the best series this weekend nonetheless
Phoenix 1 didn't reestablish themselves against C9 particularly. For that they pretty much fell into a sleeper hold that whole series.
Misfits did at least pull one game...while proceeding to cast people in fear of Lulu mid still being viable.
Flyquest was probably the most expected of results. People played the meme game though. Nothing wrong with that given reputations.

And for my personal added bonus:

KT beating Samsung 3-0: was expecting quite a more defined series. Honestly I found it to be the worst of the series this week among the major playoff regions in regards to what could have happened and the strength of both teams beforehand. FLY/TSM didn't deliver in the competition either but at least there was that reality where they get 3-0'd. P1/C9 also did the same due to that whole substitute factor from Week 9.

Oh well. At least next week is a big finals week cept for LPL. Hopefully those won't all be blowouts.

Bad/boring series happens time to time just gotta look forward to say MSI/Summer/Worlds and hope those series/Playoffs aren't boring.
