I am from the East coast, it says sk telecom is playing a 4pm agaisnt cloud 9, is this eastern time or what?

Group stage is in san Fran, so west Quarter finals are in chi town, so central Semi is in new york, so east finals are in la, so west again
Pacific time zone, for us easterners the games will start at 7
