I get im perm ban, but can i at least access my account so i can watch previous matchs?
Just trying to get into my account so i can watch previous match clips, and spend my ip and gift some friends some stuff. Why cant i at least access my account?

Because a permaban is to stop people from playing league. Logging in by default allows access to the "play" button.

Because you're perma-banned. The purpose is the disallow access to the account and everything on it.
"spend your ip" what use is it if your banned xD and your a toxic asshole so whatever was in your account is now gone due to the way you treat others. If your toxic and get perm banned you dont get another chance you had plenty about 3 times till u get banned it considers multiple games
