FNATIC took their first loss of the season in an incredible match vs Gambit and TSM finally broke out as they defeated Cloud 9 for the first time ever.
While the standings say that TSM is in first, does this convince you that they're the best team NA?
And does the fact that Gambit is the only team to defeat FNATIC mean they're the best team EU?

Sir ArmaMalum4 votesI think TSM's got it, half because I'm a Dyrus fanboy and the other because each member is really rocking it right now. That being said Cloud 9 is doing quite well behind the scenes, running pretty even in Gold/minute with TSM. I know, numbers aren't everything, but mechanics wise they're pretty solid.

Bubble Butt Lulu3 votesI'd have to say the TSM is probably the best in NA right now at least. They've made a lot of improvements in the last split. I'm especially impressed with OddOne's play. He seems like he is a lot more motivated.
I think that Gambit probably has a bigger potential to win when it counts more than Fanatic does. But overall I'd say that Fanatic is the better team more consistently.

Blind Trooper2 votesI would agree with this. TSM and C9 are so very close to each other that it comes down to just the smallest of mistakes to be capitalized on.
As for Fnatic and Gambit, I would say they are equals; however, Gambit has a much better track record against the Asian teams and are probably EU's best hope at Worlds (although Fnatic has a really good shot as well)

Bubble Butt Lulu1 votesI honestly don't pay super close attention to the EU scene, but I think Roccat has the potential to stay in 3rd place throughout this split if they keep playing consistently well and bringing out fresh ideas. They're fun to watch at the very least.
In NA I think that the other 6 teams are a lot closer to each other in skill than in EU. Dig is looking like they've found some confidence and are playing pretty good, but they could always go back into a slump. Last year they were playing really good for a little while and then started losing a lot again, so we will have to watch them closely. CLG could be a contender too depending on how well Dexter meshes with the team. I don't know really, I can see everyone in NA taking wins off of each other. But I do think that C9 and TSM will remain at the top of the standings for the rest of the split. I'm hoping TSM wins out. :p

I think Roccat's style is too "reactive" and they're not as proficient at closing out games as seen with the Fnatic v Roccat game. Give it til Summer Split at best or next year and they will be monstrous. On the bright side, their style may very well be the key to beating teams like KTB or SKT. Their potential is exciting! :D
SK might give Roccat a run for their money if they stay on this current win streak, but I think Roccat is more cohesive.
SHC and Wolves are good, but they dont seem to have that monster playmaker. Millennium just seems outclassed, tbh, and Alliance...sigh. Amazing players but they're playing like it's Solo Q, not LCS. The lack of coordination, the lack of rotations. Such a shame.
As for NA, Dignitas is looking really good. CLG finally getting Dexter might actually be the final thing they need to reclaim old glory. Coast and XDG are simply too inconsistent and make major mistakes that nullifies any early game leads they get.
Curse is holding the middle firmly because of two issues: experience and champion pools. Voyboy appears to be comfortable on ~2 champions: Kat and Ziggs. The two things holding them above Coast and XDG at the moment is IWillDominate's smite steal prowess and Voyboy's shot-calling late game IF they are massively ahead. He knows how to close out a game very well.
All in all, it's shaping up to be a very exciting spring split

blj049201 votesI think TSM and c9 are equally good. TSM is my favorite LCS NA team, but I think they won Sunday due to pick choice. Meteos' Fiddlesticks didn't last long at all at the end of game. Once he initiated, he was guaranteed dead because he was squishy as hell. It'd be interesting to see what would've happened had he chose a beefier tank jungler.
But yeah, go TSM!
Nine Ravens1 votesI've always been a fan of Gambit, ever since they were Moscow Five. They always manage to pull out some unorthodox champions , and Alex Ich is one of my favorite mid lanes to watch. If I'm going to watch any pro team, it's them.
Don't really follow the NA scene much, just not too many interesting teams.
