What is the tool that Jatt uses for his Breakdown video series?
Curious what is used to draw on the map and zoom out so far in order to make the videos in the series?
Anyone know?

Maybe Skinspotlights tool or something similar
I know that the LCS Production Team uses the SkinSpotlights tool for their funky cinematic angles and all that. I suspect it's the same for the zoomed out mode. Don't know if the drawing tool is included. It could very well be drawn on in post production.
