Why is Frostmancy still live in pro games

From watching LCK im guessing that we the viewers has to make do with the abyssmal strat that is frostmancy for another week for some reason since it wasnt hotfixed for pros ? can someone give me a logical reason for that. Like did the pro players beg to keep it atleast for one more week so everyone was allowed to play with it? Since it baffles me if not

LCK teams were asked and they decided to play without the hotfix.

Papasmithy said that today.

I doubt that it happens on other regions
