If I had to go off of this season and based on the number of games and success with the champion, it'd probably be Darshan currently. There's only but so few that have picked and looked good on it (Vizicsacsi and TheShy being two others I've witnessed)

All time however, we need to go further back. A Korean player definitely holds that title. I would believe it to be Ssumday or Huni but I won't confirm that as fact.

Khan is regarded as one of the best Fiora players in the world. There's a video of LS watching his solo queue Fiora game and praising him consistently. Smeb was insane in 2016 with the Grand Duelist. Darshan has nothing on either of them, but TheShy is a really solid Fiora. Ssumday isn't bad, neither is Huni, but I'd give it to Khan

The OP was asking about in Pro Play. In that context, Khan has only played it twice: both losses with a less than 1.0 KDA. He may be a SoloQ god at the champ but who can't be?

That's why I put down Darshan. Because he's one of the only few recently that actually uses the champ with some volume of success with it. I like how interesting you'll credit TheShy though for whatever reason but state no credit for Darshan despite having bans drawn against it and noteworthy praise himself.

But I disgress. Like the comment above, all time I do have support with the likes of Marin, Smeb, or Huni. All time is a whole different talk though

To me it just seemed like he was talking about the best Fiora who was also a pro player. Hence why I gave credit to TheShy, as he's also quite good in soloQ with the champion. In actual pro games, Darshan is a splitting monster, and CLG knows how to compliment that, meaning that Fiora is a great champion for him. His SoloQ performance with the champion is rather hazy for me, as I don't tend to watch Darshan's streams (TSM for life). Also, since you seem to know a tad about Darshan, do you think that CLG will surge with the recent rise of picks like Camille and Jax in the play-ins?

Understandable. I'm not much of a high elo spectator so when it comes to pros, I rate highly off of what they can pull off with their team. One potential Darshan has is executing his split push in a snap. His fallback and main reason he's not a contesting all time best is the knowing when to shift to teamfights. That's a core split pusher issue though but I know with Fiora specifically I've seen better reactionary play.

As for the last question, CLG isn't at Worlds. Odds are the meta will warp by the time we see them on stage next time.
