Reksai Question

Why don't Noxus use Rek'Sai as a battering ram, like a siege weapon, to attack their enemies cities? I read that the Noxians were already using Rek'Sai in the arena's across Noxus as a attraction? So why not use Rek as a Noxian weapon against their enemies?

I know the Rek'Sai teaser you're talking about (with the Noxian explorer's journal) but if you remember, he did not successfully capture a Xer'Sai to send back to Noxus. Instead, even small ones were able to kill accomplished trackers and beasts.

As for Rek'Sai herself? Oh dear me no - if the Noxians can't even capture one of her children (small and weak and stupid in comparison) they have NO HOPE WHATSOEVER of capturing Rek'Sai. The idea of being able to then use her as some kind of weapon... wow. That's an ambitious thought.

Maybe I should turn it around - what do you think it would take to be able to face Rek'Sai her preferred territory, the Shuriman Desert (The Sai'Khaleek)? How many soldiers do you think you'd need, or something like it. I'm not asking about in-game. Rek'Sai can burrow through sand and solid rock, travels faster than most land-animals, and is many times bigger than a camel.

(Felt I could also link her color story: Sai Kahleek, which follows someone who ventures into the desert.)

Just 1, force Sion to wrestle Rek'Sai into submission

I'm fairly sure Rek'Sai will just eat him... but he'll give one hell of a case of indigestion.

All you need is a thumper and a pair of maker hooks.

People get rid of moles using poisonous gases, so, i guess that they could use the biochemicals of Singed on the tunnels of the XerSai in order to kill all of the XerSai with the venom, including RekSai. Maybe even use some kind of "sonic weapon" created with hextech devices to confuse the blind creatures using sound waves (of course that something like that has not been mentioned in the lore... but maybe Zaun has the technology to do such thing).

Sure, Singed is Zaunite but he helped Noxus during the invasion of Ionia, so, it counts.

Zaun for the Win.

While I agree, on principle that Zaun is for the win, my more whimsical lore fan side is wondering if someone like Sona could seriously mess up Rek'Sai's tremor sense. Like maybe not Sona herself, but people like her with a magical connection to music.

If still tied to noxus. Just 1 Morgana. Bait, bind, tame like many beautiful maidens have tamed wild beasts and creatures before in stories.

Obviously all you need is Kevin Bacon and a plan.

Is Rek'Sai canonically still the size of a house?

So I read the Sai Kahleek thing and I have a general question, maybe this isn the place but, why is there no guardian of the sands Rek'Sai? Would this not make a TON of sense to have?

Where did you see that they use any Xer'Sai in their arenas? I don't think that has ever been mentioned.

There was mention of it in Rek's teaser lore.

It was just the lil' spawn of Rek, though. Not Big Mean Mama herself.

They tried to capture her but never succeeded.

And even if they managed to do it,they would likely be unable to use her as a weapon as she could just burrow away once she isn't chained up anymore.

They could never heard of such thing as Xer'sai

You dont use Rek'Sai as a weapon, Rek'Sai uses you.
