Ziggs and Miss Fortune in Pro Play??
Can someone fully explain some details.
Why was Ziggs played in Bot Lane? When should he be played Bot Lane if at all anymore?
What made Miss Fortune a good support? And why should you pick her today if at all?

Ziggs was played bot lane due to ADC's having extreme struggles at the time... The only ADC's played at that time were Jhin and Varus who both went full lethality, so it opened up ziggs in the bot lane. He can still be played down there but ADC's are pretty broken atm with press the attack so it's more so just because you like playing ziggs more than anything.
MF was and still is a great support. She dominates pretty much any lane with e max and the new comet. Her e is also a heavy slow which not only makes comet easy to land because gives decent CC to her ADC to lane things like Jhin w. Miss Fortune support pairs best with Jhin, Varus and Ashe, while being very strong against mage supports, especially Zyra. MF support was the go to pick in pro play against zyra when she was pick or ban. You want an ADC who can CC them and hold them in your ult, if preferable.
Why was Ziggs played in Bot Lane? When should he be played Bot Lane if at all anymore?
When he got the ability to level towers with satchel charge. If you need AP in the comp and can afford to not have an ADC bot (maybe you have an ADC mid or something).
What made Miss Fortune a good support? And why should you pick her today if at all?
She had really high base damages and scaled pretty well with AP and AD, but could stack pen due to her base dmgs. Since then they halved her base damages and lowered the ratios, but made Q scale with crit and Rapidfire range increase. If the minion is killed it guarantees the crit though.
She's usually picked vs. Zyra since her plants make it easier to poke without the need to kill any cs o get actual dmg from the ability.
MF was a zyra support counter and ziggs adc worked because his power spike was earlier than most adc's and since he can destroy towers really fast before the enemy adc can reach his power spike
