I wonder why Esport don't do those live Draft like "NBA/NFL Draft"

I mean, its only easier to let the fans and people know what players are on which Team every new season

I mean everyone was disappointed when Durant left OKC for Warriors (Durant did it because he want to win a trophy, so he left his Team)

What if Bjergsen left TSM this season for another Team? Would you be disappointed or happy? (I mean Bjergsen should do the same too if he want to win Worlds if they don't do it this year right? LOL)

Durant leaving was not part of the draft. The draft is when the teams select athletes who are usually coming out of college and it will be their first time in the league. What you are describing is free agency when an athletes contract expires and he can choose to go to a different team. This is what Durant did and it is not just one big event.
