why didn't adc upgrade the scrying orb to the one that had a ward with it? Even if they had full build they didn't upgrade it Why is that? It gives them a ward but last 60 seconds and increases the range a tad more for a cool down of 90 seconds.

If they didn't upgrade it at full build they likely just forgot. It did the job of scouting in a team environment as either version though so upgrading it before full build was kinda "meh."
