OMG Riot listened to us
So instead of the optional nerf of thunderlords, they instead buff other keystones. YES, THIS IS THE DIRECTION RIOT NEEDS TO GO. TY SO MUCH FOR TAKING THE TIME AND EFFORT FOR DOING THIS RIOT!

Wow, i'm actually shocked but in a good way. These are really good buffs i'm eager to try them out. Especially Stormraider's Surge. Could be worth using now (we'll see)
Well then.
Guess we'll be having a quick trial by fire to see if pumping enough raw power into this mastery system will make it as unwieldy as I fear.
Nerfing always means less fun. I'm always for buffing others instead of nerfing one.
This is beautiful.
It kinda rhymes too (just realized) xD
I totally thought that it was intentional! haha Seriously thoughh copy-right it XD Put it on a t-shirt and sell it, and I'll buy it :3
Getting a full stock ready xD
People like you... are why I wish we could play on any servers freely... I'd totally add you in an instant! :)
I think the poll is kind of redundant.
Like, of course if you came to this thread you would say yes, and the 10 who said no were just trying to be edgy :p
that keystone mastery for assassins with 100% slow reduction makes u immune to slows? like yi?
Yes except that Yi's is a lot longer duration.
Stormraiders Surge is mostly good for quick repositiningduring a fight. Highlander is an actual escape or chase.
I am happy in a way for this. My only "issue" is that certain champs that synergize well with the new keystones will be getting nerfed due to them.
Rip my
You do have to admit though, a DoT makes proccing thunderlord way too easy.
This is terrible. Its incredibly childish and shortsighted mentality. As someone who considered it his fave mastery and used it routinely, Stormraider's is Broken now.
Anyone who would use it already prefers another keystone.
AD Fighter? Fervor Assassin? Thunderlord's Decree. AP Mage? Deathfire Touch or Thunderlord's Decree.
Now it might be worth using, especially on champions that hit hard but need a follow-up like Nocturne, Hecarim, or Akali.

Fixed that for you.
The point of Stormraider's Surge is complementing strong initial burst.
AP fighters, ADCs, and supports can be capable of proc'ing it, but never reliably and only on very few champions would consider a sudden MS boost to be useful.
or Akali.
I highly doubt she's going to want anything bar Thunderlords, considering she tends to build AD and AP to get a lot of effect out of it and her Q-AA is enough to proc it.
She's very capable of taking advantage of it, as she still kills slightly slower than the average assassin and has few escape options. Especially when not ahead.
I'm inclined to say I doubt they listened to "us" about this.
You scream enough times eventually you are going to be right, that doesn't mean they listened.
Meanwhile, Bonds of Stone getting nerfed.
Sad day to be a teamfight-loving tank.
"nerfed" kappa. Grasp of the Undying > all for tanks anyways.
(Warning: PBE Content is tentative and iterative - what you see may not reflect what eventually gets pushed to live servers! Manage your expectations accordingly. )
get a hobby outsde of league
In actuality, they really should have nerfed T. Lord's a bit. I don't see people opting for other keystones given how they all are. Almost everyone goes for T. Lord's now, especially ad users since it's literally .3 of your bonus ad. I'm even seeing Tristana players using it now. Why worry about stacking Fervor for 8 hits or rolling dice with Warlord's when you can just do a huge proc of magic damage with T. Lord's?
Nerf the ad ratio.
