If I remember correctly the "on the hunt" event cannot occur during ranked play. I presume this including LCS play but I cannot be certain. Can someone confirm or deny that this quest is possible in LCS play. Also please mention if I am wrong and you have seen it in ranked play.

It can still happen in ranked, the quest comes up and there is a winner, the team gets the victory passive,** but there are no buffs given in ranked**. hoped that helped clear things up
