Reporting Racism

Is there any extra way beyond the in game function to report particularly offensive material. In just the last week I've had to deal with both pro-Nazi and flagrantly Islamophobic players and I was wondering if there was something extra I could do because my reports certainly don't feel like they're doing anything.
