Would people still be TSM fan if Bjergsen left for another Team?

Half of the TSM fans still think Dyrus is on the starting roster. I dont think most of them would notice if bjerg left.

Probably. TSM fans don't leave, just like C9 fans or new-age CLG fans.

That's like asking if people would still be Yankees fans if Derek Jeter had left for another team (back when he still played I know he retired). It's tough to say, in my experience watching LCS Bjergsen was always the most fun member of TSM to watch. I don't think the team would be the same without him. I like to root for teams like Liquid because I like the underdog story, but deep down I will always root for TSM when it comes to Worlds and that sort of thing.

To be honest none of the veterans would really be around anymore, so they'd probably lose a lot of support.

To ask if Bjergsen leaving/retiring will eliminate TSM's support, you need to ask WHY people are fans of TSM.

TSM got an influx of new fans when they added Doublelift to the roster, people who were formerly CLG fans. They followed CLG Doublelift when he became TSM Doublelift. They won't leave with Bjergsen, because they're here for Doublelift.

TSM has veteran fans who were around before Bjergsen, who cheered on the team of Dyrus/TheOddOne/Reginald/WildTurtle/Xpecial. They won't leave because they're likely TSM fans for life.

TSM has another class of veteran fans who have followed them since Bjergsen joined, or joined the TSM faithful because of Bjergsen later. If Bjergsen goes to another team, they'll likely follow him.

There are TSM fans who like TSM because of Hauntzer, Svenskeren, and/or Biofrost. They'll stay with the organization if Bjergsen goes elsewhere.

There are TSM fans who like the teamfight-oriented TSM style, as opposed to the macro play and split-pushing of CLG. If Bjergsen is replaced with a teamfight-oriented carry style mid laner, and TSM is able to plug and play their new mid laner into the existing teamfight TSM style, these fans will stay. If they can't, those fans will likely go to another teamfight-oriented team such as NV. Depending on where Bjergsen goes, they might follow him if he is able to bring that teamfight style to his new team.

To be honest i think i want to see C9 Bjergsen happen.
