Two possibilities-
- Check your extensions. Paste "chrome://extensions/" into your browser bar.
- You have adware, and you should go ahead and download the ESET NOD32 free trial and scan your computer.

Update: ESET Nod32 couldn't find it either. Tried MalwareBytes and that did the trick. Some Powershell based trojan.
