Why is GD the only board you can't write a comment/create a discussion in if you're below level 10?
All the other boards allows to write a comment/create a discussion in even if you're not level 10 already, why is this a thing?

Can't post on Dev Corner until 12 :/
A good amount of people on GD requested a higher level requirement(due to lower level accounts posting there and being problems), so it was raised from 7 to 10.
