Bug on the boards?

When I'm browsing through topics on the boards, sometimes I'll open them and they appear in chronological view, and other times in discussion. The format doesn't seem to stay consistent throughout each topic, is this a bug? I'm using the latest version of Chrome.

The General Discussion and Team Recruitment boards don't have Discussion View enabled at all, so if you go to them you'll always see it in Chronological.
