When creating a post advertising your league discord server is there a limit?

I'm currently advertising a discord server to help league players vent out their frustrations out of game instead of flaming their teammates, Only 2 people joined the 1st day, I know it sounds pretty impatient,(i'll admit, i'm pretty impatient) but I expected at least more then 2, so when is the next time I can post an ad for my discord server?
