Boards update: Rolling the Boards Feedback board into BC&M

Just wanted to do a quick update on our most recent change with the boards in our efforts to make them more user-friendly.

The old "Boards Feedback" board where you'd normally submit your ideas for changing the boards has finally been removed, and any discussion you would've posted in there will now go into the new "Boards Feedback" board, which is just "Boards Community & Moderation" renamed. The guidelines section has been updated accordingly.

I'm off to do some other stuff, but if you guys have questions about this board I'll come back and answer as best I can.
