Because URF is where the normally powerful becomes less so and the less powerful show they are a too oppressive given a numbers change. (Not in all cases but in many, yes)

Nah, it's relative. That example means those first guys weren't OP enough.
I'd like to point out that Riot has restricted certain champions from being playable in URF specifically because they are in-fact more OP than other champs. Did you ever get a chance to try Sona before she was removed from it? It was pretty crazy :P.
For future reference, "Discuss The Boards" is for feedback and discussion of anything specifically related to the boards and it's moderation. This looks like it would be a good discussion for the Gameplay sub-board. Guidelines specific to the sub-board you're in can always be found in the sidebar to the left, just under the list of other sub-boards. This can give you a good idea of what kinds of discussions fit where.
