Add a Section for Riot Q&A Maybe

So this is just a suggestion, and is really up to the Rioters who use the Boards. But I was thinking it might be nice to have a section where people can post really quick questions to Rioters and have them directed at each field (balance team, skin team, client team... etc). The section would allow marking each question as for a specific team which would show before people click on it. To avoid a lot of dumb or repeated questions(and give more headaches to Rioters) people would only get a limited amount of upvotes in the section per day. There would be a character limit on the body of the post so as to make it so it becomes a rambling hate post.

Ex: What do you think of [X champion]'s winrate being below 50%, are they weak, and if so are there changes planned? by Altonius Amakiir (NA) in Riot Questions to Balance Team

This suggestion isn't really in response to a problem on the Boards with responses or anything. It's more of a suggestion with the potential to allow for easier, quicker, and more responses. Rioters still would have no obligation to respond (I would suggest making it a post stating that and pinning it to the top). The upvoting would be limited to 3 per 22 hour period, and 4 downvotes per 22 hour period. Thus making it so they can only upvote the three most important questions they want answered, and trolls can't downvote everything to oblivion (given that upvotes are limited). Unvoting on something that you upvoted in the current period gives back that upvote(so they can change their mind), likewise with downvotes.

Hopefully this would actually help out with making Boards responses less cumbersome to Rioters, but really, only they could speak to that.
