Okay,

I logged to discord. DeepTerror Nami is one of the arbiters, thus I just lost all faith in the punishing of the pro-Riot trolls on forum.

Yes I'm an Arbiter. I'm concerned that this wasn't apparent; is the title and name color not very visible, or visible at all the way you view the boards? Have you visited the Volunteer Program thread here to see who all is part of the program?

Since you already visited the Discord I suppose I don't need to say you can always go there to discuss moderation with us. You can also use this board to provide feedback, though a post like this isn't very constructive (however, I will grant you this one and not remove it).

IF you would have removed it, you would've just proven my case, as I have little trust you can take constructive criticism. As well I have noticed for you only criticism you can take is agreeing with you and not giving out any facts hurting Riot Games Public Relations Image. I know it is possible you are forced to sign NDA forcing your hand. Reddit posts of former Riot support employees seems to give this kind of feeling.

I am still wondering why pro-Riot trolls attacking other posters on forum are allowed to continue the rampage. They go to posts not even talk of the topic but start attack on posting person. And every time the post is something trying to change current community or RIot policy.

Arbiter should be such person he has to be able to admit "yes, we did this really bad way, and it was not well done". Arbiter has to be neutral. But I am European and Finn.. I have biased view of arbiters and society as I adore working socialism :D

By "not taking criticism", what exactly do you mean? I certainly haven't attacked or punished someone for such a thing, so I'm wondering where this is actually coming from.

It's almost as if the Volunteers represent Riot in an official capacity and shouldn't post those kinds of things! Sarcasm aside, I've definitely been critical of Riot on many occasions; what I don't do is lie to make them look better. Not engaging in discussions that make them look bad because we are higher visibility than a normal user is just good sense. I was actually removed from the Arbiter program once because I spoke poorly of certain things, so you couldn't be more wrong about me.

Rioters would have signed this because of the level of privileged information they have, but the NA Boards Volunteers do not. I don't understand why you want me to make Riot look bad; rather, I do, but you're barking up the wrong tree.

We try to curb personal attacks, but we are not here to remove all negativity. There wouldn't be a Boards at all if we tried to do that. If someone is violating the Universal Rules and being abusive, please use the Report button on the bottom right of the comment. You can come to us on the Moderation Discord personally to give context to reports so that we can take care of it too.

I kind of did this literally 23 hours ago. If you see I'm not regularly admitting mistakes, it's because I try to do a good job so that I don't make them; when I do mess up, I do take steps to fix it and admit it.

Arbiter has to be neutral.

I've made significant efforts to not action on certain boards users I don't like. You can't even comprehend how unbiased I really am with the actions I take here.
