Fix vote botting.

We can't go into specifics as we are limited in the amount of information we can give to situations like this; but I want everyone to be aware that we are aware of the botting issue and we're currently discussing ways to fix it internally. I don't think it's a problem big enough to be worth fixing. Can you show why you think it is?

Ok this makes some sense. How do you prove that it's happening? Once we know that we can talk about what to do about it.
