Fix vote botting.

Because good threads with 15 upvotes suddenly become -15

Ok this makes some sense. How do you prove that it's happening? Once we know that we can talk about what to do about it.

If you have the time, and I'm guessing you do or would be able to make room in your schedule given your curiosity, watch for new threads in player behavior/streams&videos for a good day or two. You'll see shitty streams advertised that had been posted ~1 hour ago with 18+ upvotes and no comments. You might also see someone with chat logs that read like your middle school debate club fighting over politics post a thread complaining about their unfair ban... and then it proceeds to receive a good 18+ upvotes over the course of a few minutes - hours.

And I'm pretty sure you'll find that if people are willing to have bots/discord friends spam the upvote button on a thread, there'll be some who just as willingly have bots/discord friends spam the button that is literally right beneath it.

Edit: These are my two experiences in recent memory. I don't pay much attention to other sections on the boards. Example 1: https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/BAbUYNsb-do-i-really-deserve-a-chat-ban <--- This dude had 23 or so upvotes in an hour. The upvotes went back down to around ~8 or so shortly after someone accused him of vote botting. He can't remove the poll votes, though. Example 2: I didn't realize that if a Mod had locked the thread, I'd no longer be able to see it in my post history, so I'll just describe it as I saw it here: A streamer who appeared to be around 16 had been spam posting his twitch for around a week. I'm guessing he got fed up with his insane talent getting no views, so he then looked up how to upvote bot/asked friends so that his next thread would be absolutely bonkers. And it was. 23 upvotes, no comments after ~45 minutes. Bonkers.
