Why did my comment "get gud" get removed?
Its a phrase used to to express that someone needs to put more effort into something.
So im not sure I understand what the problem is.

Dude, no. It is a phrase that is used to put people down and insult them for not being good.
If you legitimately want someone to put more effort into something why don't you try suggesting where to start? For example, in response to someone complaining about ganks, "You should practice minion wave management and lane freezing so that you can farm safely closer to your turret."
"Git good" has absolutely no place in a constructive discussion.

I went ahead and pinged the mod who handled your report. Also, I am going to give a tidbit as to why that would be deleted. There's a reason GG EZ is actionable and the same goes with "get gud" because the intent is the same (unsportsmanlike and negative).
Hi! I'm the Warden who deleted your comment. The main reason I removed it is, as Galacius mentioned, because "get gud" falls into the same sort of smack talk as "gg ez", "stop being bronze", that sort of thing, which is negative and is generally said only to put the other person down, rather than push them to improve in any sort of way. I also don't really believe that you used it to really push the user in question to put more effort into anything, as your response was itself low-effort and therefore not contributive. If you do want to give another user advice or a recommendation, I'd encourage that, but in that case please do take the time and effort to tell them exactly how they can improve, as a generic "get gud" does not indicate any place to start.
