Can you make an option for Red Tracker to have an Advanced Red Tracker option?

I'm specifically referring to how Wikia is made with its recent changes. https://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Special:RecentChanges

If you go to My Preferences - Under the hood and you have "Use advanced recent changes" un-ticked, recent changes will show chronologically, from newest to oldest, just like current Red Tracker is.

If however the option is ticked, it will show the recent changes still chronologically, from newest to oldest, but, considering "newest" the page that was last edited, with a drop down button that will show all changes done on that page, from newest to oldest, on that day.

What i'm saying is that, if i didn't check on red tracker for some time, and loads of riot comments have been posted, i'll have a hard time checking them all from the same page. I usually just click on one page, read all rioter comments on that page, then go to the next, but what i really dislike about this is that i have to remember i checked all comments on that page, so i don't click again on that page when moving forward with the Red Tracker.
