Couldn't you already do this? I distinctly remember this being a thing over a month ago.
ModWuks2 votesOnly for the vote breakdowns outside of threads. When you're in, now you can on threads and comments while inside of threads.

Could you please maybe add an option to turn them off? Only an idiot wouldn't make a difference between up- and downvoting.
