Nope. You cannot trash-talk someone. Not directly. I can say "Every tristana I've ever had on my team recently escaped from the zoo", or even "Jesus fucking christ my last tristana was absolutely fucking useless". But if I say "DawnTheAbsol is terrible at the game and should uninstall because he's garbage", if that wasn't my alt that'd be punished. That's trash talking.

Circle-jerk is not trash talking. It's related to a sexual act, but in 99% of instances it's used now, it's just pointing out how you're metaphorically carrying out that act.
