Can a Rioter explain why normal matchmaking creates obviously one sided matches?

As for the title. A topic proving how Riot's matchmaking is terribly flawed got downvoted all of a sudden (around 25 downvotes in a few minutes). Can someone check if it was because of bots?

Yeah there is a downvote bot. Has been for quite some time now. It shows up randomly, and nobody has any way of stopping it due to limits in the boards tech. Hopefully, when Riot replaces the boards with their new forum, this problem will be solved. Just gotta hope it happens Soon™
