Pretty tired to see that this company isn't punishing very bad behaviours anymore, like trolling, inting, cursing and so on, especially in Normals and Aram just because, hey, "it's just Aram".
I get it's probably in order to try to save their left playerbase, but now even the "triggering words" don't work anymore, apparently.
Then people wonder why the community has gone downhill, as the rest of the game.
Here's the issue I foresee with automatically scanning for this in ARAM.
Sometimes it is the correct action to intentionally run into the enemy team and die at a proper moment so that you can return and spend a bunch of gold. Staying alive too long while you have a bunch of gold to spend can easily be a detriment if it helps the enemy roll over your entire team at once.
And someone suggesting as such might say, you guessed it, "kill yourself".
If the context of the phrase was meant as an insult contact Riot support and have them look into it.
I would like to direct your attention to the player behavior boards. As you can see, there are plenty of people being punished for verbal comms. We occasionally get gameplay offenders, but they aren't as confused why they got a punishment; so we get fewer of them.
Cussing/cursing isn't punishable by itself. Only when it used in a harassing manner is it qualified.
Killing yourself in aram is a proper strategy....
I always like when threads like this pop up and people respond with "but others have been punished"
that's nice, but a zero tolerance policy means you get punished for it, no questions asked.
Saying "someone else was punished for it" is no better than people banned for chat logs saying "but the other person also called me a rude name"

You know what makes people think this? Expectations.
You know what else makes people think this? Not focusing on themselves.
Do not let what some asshole said ruin your mood or the game for you. Feel bad for them. People that write this stuff are sad sacks.
Do not expect the hammer to come down instantly on anything. Everyone's account history is unique and not everything is going to result in a punishment that will be visible to you in any way.
Focus on your own experience, not the negativity of others.
You're allowed to use Zero Tolerance words/phrases once; only twice results in a ban
The best thing that you can do is to send a support ticket with the picture and link to the game, and then escalate it to a human after Blitzcrank bot responds.
Don't bother with posting it to the forums, as all it will do is get you accused of witch hunting.
One usage of ZT phrases like kill yourself and kys are generally handles by chat restrictions, it takes 2 to escalate to an instant 14 day ban.
