To be fair Riot is a small indie company and can't be expected to have a functioning forum.

Here's an idea: make people verify their accounts in order to participate in the Boards.

Dota does this kind of thing with their ranked system, where you need to link your account to a verified phone number to play ranked.

What if you had to do that to participate here?

That way, these dipshits can't just run around with 50 level 15 accounts linked to a macro, since they'd need to buy 50 SIM cards, and if they steal their Mom's credit card to buy 50 sim cards (because, lets face it, this is almost definitely a 12 year old on a power trip), their asses will be so sore they won't be able to sit down for a week.
